Competitor means, any brick and mortar store (Online only specials don't apply). The lower price has to be placed in writing on that stores letterhead or store business card with the name of the authorized sales person or store manager and is subject to verification by a manager of Mattress Factory Outlet.  Mattress has to be exactly the same as the mattress the mattress you are comparing to at Mattress Factory Outlet.
